Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Admin MSGR ("we", "us") collects through adminmsgr.com, why, and what you can do about it. The short version: we only collect what you send us, we use it to reply to you, and we don't sell it or track you around the web.
What we collect
- Project briefs and emails. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive what you send: usually your name, email address, company, website and details about your project.
- Anonymous usage statistics. We may use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to count page views and see which pages are useful. These tools don't use cookies, don't build profiles and don't identify you.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and, if we work together, deliver the project. We don't add you to marketing lists without asking, and we never sell or rent your information.
Who processes it
We use a small number of trusted providers to run this site: Cloudflare for hosting and security, and an email delivery service to send form submissions to our inbox. They process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service.
Cookies
This site doesn't set tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser may store a small session flag used for page transitions and your motion preference; it is cleared when you close the tab.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable time afterwards in case you get back in touch, usually no more than two years, unless we go on to work together and need records for that project.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@adminmsgr.com and we'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
