Work
Selected work
Websites, search, automation and AI. Concept projects are clearly labelled: they show how we approach a brief while client case studies are prepared with permission.
Concept project — Hospitality
Northfold Coffee
A neighbourhood roaster's site built around the two things people search for: opening hours and the menu.
The challenge
Small cafés live or die by local search. Most customers decide from a phone, in under a minute, standing on the street.
Our approach
A one-thumb mobile layout with hours, menu and directions above the fold, a Google Business Profile that matches the site exactly, and structured data so opening times show straight in search.
Designed to
Designed so a first-time visitor can find the menu and the door in two taps.

Concept project: a design study showing our approach, not a client engagement. Figures describe the design, not measured results.
Concept project — Healthcare
Harbour Physio
A clinic site where booking, reminders and follow-ups run on their own.
The challenge
Front-desk staff were spending their mornings on the phone confirming appointments and chasing intake forms.
Our approach
Online booking linked to the clinic calendar, automatic reminders, intake forms sent before the first visit, and a review request after the last one.
Designed to
Designed to move every routine step of a booking off the front desk.

Concept project — Accounting
Ledgerly
An accounting firm's assistant that answers deadline and document questions from the firm's own guides.
The challenge
Clients asked the same twenty questions every tax season, and the answers lived in PDFs nobody could find.
Our approach
An assistant grounded only in the firm's published guides, with source links in every answer, strict limits on giving advice, and a one-click handover to a person.
Designed to
Designed to answer routine questions instantly and hand anything personal to a human.
